Growing God's Kingdom Inc., doing business as Growing God's Kingdom Preschool ("GGK," "we," "us"), operates ggkpreschool.org. This policy explains what information we collect through the website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to the website only, not to records we keep at the school.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to give us through the website:
- Tour bookings: your name, email address, phone number, any message you add, and the date and time you choose.
- Tuition eligibility form: your name and contact information, monthly gross income, household size, your child's age, weekly work hours, and any eligibility factors you choose to share, such as a developmental delay, foster placement, custody arrangement, military deployment, language, education, or family circumstances.
- Enrollment application: information about your child and family, including names, birth and school information, health, developmental, allergy, and dietary information, parent or guardian details, employment, household and income information, emergency contacts, documents you upload, and your signed agreement.
- Family accounts: your email address, name, and password. Passwords are handled by our website provider, Wix; we cannot see them.
The tuition calculator at the top of our tuition page runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into it are not sent to us unless you submit the eligibility form.
Information collected automatically
- Browser storage: the website stores a session token in your browser so bookings, forms, and log-in work, and remembers which application parts you've finished on that device.
- Website host: our host, Wix, may record technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited to run and secure the site.
- Embedded content: our home page shows our Facebook posts, our contact page shows a Google map, and our pages use Google Fonts. When these load, Facebook and Google may receive your IP address and set cookies under their own privacy policies (Facebook, Google).
How we use information
- To schedule and confirm tours and contact you about them.
- To review applications, determine eligibility for free or reduced tuition, and apply for funding programs on your family's behalf.
- To care for your child safely if they enroll, including health, allergy, and emergency information.
- To respond to your questions and keep you informed about enrollment.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website, and to meet legal and childcare licensing requirements.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share information with
- Service providers: Wix hosts our website and stores booking, form, and account information for us under its own privacy policy.
- Government agencies: when needed to determine eligibility for funding you apply for (such as state childcare or pre-K assistance programs), or when required by law, licensing rules, or to protect a child's safety.
- With your permission: anyone else only if you ask us to or agree.
Children's privacy
This website is for parents and guardians. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Information about children is provided by their parents or guardians. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
How long we keep information
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above. Records for enrolled children are kept as required by Arkansas childcare licensing rules. If your child does not enroll, you can ask us to delete your application and form information, unless we must keep it by law.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to submitted information is limited to GGK staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
Your choices and rights
- Review or correct: contact us to see or correct the information you've given us.
- Delete: ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law.
- Browser storage: you can clear site data in your browser settings at any time.
- Do Not Track: the website does not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals; we do not track you across other websites.
Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use this website. If you have trouble using any part of it, call or email us and we'll help you another way.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes will be noted on our home page.
