These terms apply to your use of ggkpreschool.org, operated by Growing God's Kingdom Inc., doing business as Growing God's Kingdom Preschool ("GGK," "we," "us"). By using the website, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Tours
Tours booked online are free. If you need to cancel or change your tour, please call (479) 839-8542 or email ggkpreschool@yahoo.com. We may need to reschedule a tour if something comes up at the school, and we will contact you if we do.
Tuition estimates
The tuition calculator gives an estimate based on the numbers you enter and our current sliding fee scale. It is not an offer or a guarantee of cost or eligibility. Your actual tuition and any assistance are determined after we review your application and supporting information.
Applications and enrollment
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. GGK has a limited number of spots, and an application is approved only when you receive a letter of acceptance by email, mail, or in person. You agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Enrollment itself is governed by the enrollment agreement and policies you receive from GGK, not by these website terms.
Family accounts
Keep your password private and let us know if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the website: don't submit false information, interfere with the site's operation, try to access other families' information, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Content and links
The text, photos, and logo on this website belong to GGK or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking. The website links to resources from other organizations, such as Arkansas state agencies, and shows posts from our Facebook page. We are not responsible for content on other websites.
No warranties
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or current. Information on the website is general and is not medical, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GGK is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
